Hoy en la lección bíblica, aprendimos sobre Lázaro, el buen amigo de Jesús y de como, a veces, Dios tiene control de todo aunque parezca todo lo contrario. Repasamos partes del cuerpo en ingles con un divertido juego que llevó la profe Damaris.

Además, hicimos cartas a nuestros patrocinadores para que conozcan que nos gustaría recibir en navidad como obsequio.

Today, in the Bible lesson, we learned about Lazarus, jesús good friend, and how, at times, God has control of everything, although every thing looks like the opposite. We reviewed words that refer to the body (like “arm”) in English with a fun game that Teacher Damaris brought.

In addition, we wrote letters to our sponsors to tell them which gift that we wanted to receive at Christmas.

Hoy hicimos mucho deporte de una forma muy divertida, con globos. Hicimos flexiones, estiramientos, carreras y todos, hasta los profesores, participamos. En la clase bíblica, aprendimos sobre la vida de Esther y como la obediencia a Dios la hizo llega ser una gran reina.

En inglés, seguimos con las palabras opuestas. Nos hicieron un pequeño quiz.

Today, we did a lot of exercise, but in a very fun way- with balloons. We flexed and stretched out our muscles, had races, and everybody, even the teachers, participated. In the Bible lesson, we learned about Esther’s life, and how obedience to God made her become a great queen.

In English, we continue with opposites. We had a small quiz.

Hoy llegó la doctora Sherly Avila para ver nuestro progreso en el area de la salud. Quedó sorprendida de como han mejorado y de cuanto han crecido los niños. La doctora Avila cuida mucho lo que comemos en el comedor infantil y cuando viene nos das mucha alegría por la gran persona que es.

Cantamos cumpleaños a las personas que cumplieron en Setiembre y Octubre. Además, comimos deliciosos perros calientes.

Today, Dr. Sheryl Avila came to see our progress in our health. She was surprised to see how the kids’ have improved (their nutrition), and how they have grown. Dr. Avila recommends a lot what we eat in the food kitchen. When she comes, it brings us a lot of joy because of the great person that she is.

We sing happy birthday to the people who had birthdays is September and October. In addition, we ate delicious hot dogs.

Hoy recibimos la visita de una persona muy especial, Tina. Ella quería conocer nuestro programa y la recibimos con mucho cariño.

Ella compartió con nosotros y le mostramos todo lo que hacemos cada semana en Alturas.
En la lección biblica, nos hablaron de Lot y como salió de Sodoma y Gomora, y la desobediencia de su esposa le costo’ muy caro. Por lo que nosotros debemos de obedecer a Dios en todo para que todo nos salga bien.

Today, we received the visit of Tina. a very special person. She wanted to find out about our program and we received her affectionately.

She shared with us and we showed her everything that we do every week in Alturas.
In the Bible lesson, they talked to us about Lot, and how he left Sodom and Gomorrahand his wife’s disobedience that cost him dearly.Thus, we must learn from this that we must obey God so that everything will go well for us.
